चलो समाज को थोडा आईना दिखा दे।
हम एक होकर, किसी को रास्ता दिखा दे।।
हर बार लडते बैठे है,धर्म-मजहब के नाम पर,
बिखरे मोती है यह,चलो एक सुंदर माला बना दे।

नफरतो की दीवारे और न उठाओ,
उन्नति भी तो है जरूरी,अब थोडा समझ जाओ।
सफलता की कोई सुंदर दिशा दिखा दे।
चलो समाज को थोडा आईना दिखा दे।

टुटे-फूटे परिवार हैं,हर रिश्ता रिश्तो से अनजान हैं,
जुबान बोलती हैं और कुछ,दिल थोडा बेईमान हैंं,
किसी बेचारे को, रिश्तो की एहमियत समझा दे।
चलो समाज को थोडा आईना दिखा दे।

है फर्ज हमारा वतन के काम आना,
क्या सही हैं हिंसा फैलाकर,
वतन की धरोहर को क्षति पहुचाना।
काश हम सब सोचे,
भारत को अखण्ड भारत हैं बनाना।
बडी कुर्बानीयो के बाद, मिली ये आजादी,
न लाये वापस, गुलामी का वो जमाना।।
ऐसे सोये नादानो को थोडा जगा दे।
चलो समाज को थोडा आईना दिखा दे........

                                 "एक वादा" (कविता)

किया था जो वादा,वो निभा नही पाया,
यादे हैं दामन मे, जल्द निभाऊंगा।
वो बूढी माता के हाथो की रोटी,
भूला नही पाया,
कहा था मै दोबारा, जरूर आऊंगा।।

मक्के की रोटी, टमाटर की चटनी, 
दोबारा जरूर खाऊंगा।
वो प्यारे से गांव का रास्ता,
मै ना भूल पाऊंगा।।

वो सादगी, धुंधली नजरो की,
वो जुबान, मीठे अल्फाजो की ,
सोचा था कभी, उस और जरूर जाऊगा।
वो वादा मेरे जीवन पर, आज भी उधार है,
बार-बार राह देखता है कोई,
दिल मेरा थोडा बेताब हैं
बहुत जल्द उस राह पर, जाकर गुन गुनआऊंगा।।

जिंदगी की जद्दोजहद मे,ऐसा उलझा
जो उधार बाकी है जीवन पर, वो मुझे न सुझा
जल्द ही उनको, अनजानी सी हंसी देने जाऊगा।
पूरा करके वो वादा,दिल खुशियो से सजाऊंगा।।

उनके आशीर्वाद देने का अन्दाज, 
आज भी याद आता हैं।
वो चेहरे की झुर्रिया, नजरो की चमक, 
मन मेरा कही ढुढ नही पाता हैं।।
उस पल के मधुर एहसास को, मै न भूला पाऊंगा।

किया था जो वादा जो निभा नही पाया,
यादे हैं दामन मे जल्द निभाऊंगा.......

मेरे जीने के लिये, 
साथ अपना दे दो।
लडखडाकर गिर जाऊंगा,
हाथ अपना दे दो।।

बन्दिशे बहुत सह चुका,
अपनी भावनाओ को, 
मेरी भावना से जोड दो।
बदल सकता नही,
तकदीर मे लिखे अल्फाजो को,
एक किनारा हूं समंदर का,
तुम समंदर कर दो।।

बेवजह बदनामी को समेट रखा हूं,
तुम साथ देकर अपना, 
मेरे खाली आसमां को भर दो।
तुम्हारी दिवानगी, 
मेरी दिवानगी से कम तो नही,
मैं तो हर पल कहता हूं,
कभी तुम भी कह दो।।

आज के वक्त के हालात, 
कुछ अजीब सा बया करते हैं,
दिल तो प्यार के अगौस  मे हैं मगर, 
एक दरीया को समंदर से मिला दो।

जलते-जलते राख बन गया,
लोग पुछते  हैं, आग लगी केैसे।

तप रहा था जब मन का हर कोना,
लोग कहते हैं मुस्कुराके तो दिखा वैसे।।

कोई गहरा जख्म,दिल मे घाव कर गया,
लोग पुछते हैे, तु रोया कैसे।

मन मे जब गमों की  बुन्दे बरसी,
 भिगी मेरी दिल की हर धडकन,
लोग पुछते हैं तु भिगा कैसे।

बहुत कोशिश की छिपा लु दर्द अपने,
छिपा न पाया,निकला दर्द बंद मुठ्ठी मे,
समेटे कोई रेत जैसे।

वो एकांत मे गुजारा वक्त, समेटकर रखा,
वो अंधकार था दोस्त मेरा,
सबसे प्यारा हो जैसे।

किसी का ख्याल न था दामन मे मेरे,
बे-तहशा पीडा का,समंदर मेरे पास था ऐसे।

कैसे बया करता, क्या गुजरी मुझ पर,
सब कुछ था पास,फिर भी मन था,
खाली-खाली जैसे।

बदल दी जिन्दगी की दिशा ऐसी,
मिट्टी की मूर्त टुटी हो जैसी,
पुछते है लोग,तु मायुस क्यो है ऐसे।

बदलो मे ढंकी थी,अंधकार की वो बदली,
जो नजर न आई,
अचानक लोग पूछते है यह हुआ कैसे।

तकदीर समेट रखी थी हाथो मे,
अपनी हिम्मत से,
लोग पुछते है इतना उडा कैसें।

न जताओ अपनापन, अपना कर फिर गिराया,
भूल गये, मुझे ठुकराया फिर रूलाया कैंसे।

जलते-जलते ऱाख बन गया,
लोग पुछते  हैं, आग लगी केैसे.....

अमर शहीदो की गाथा फिर सुनाई जाएंगी।
तिरंगे मे लिपटे होगे वीर सपुत,
फिर वाणी उनकी गाई जाएंगी।।

सरहदो पर वीरो की वीरता,
दुश्मन को मर गिराएंगी।
ये प्रतिज्ञा ले रखी,मातृभूमि की रक्षा खातिर,
दुश्मन का अस्तित्व मिटाएंगी।।

तपते रेगिस्तान की हो सरहद,
छाया न दुश्मन की घुसने पाएंगी।
हो बर्फ हिमालय की ऊंची चोटी,
खून से उनके लाल तिलक लगाएंगी।।

सीने मे है जोश भरा,
भारत माता की जय...भारत माता की जय,
अंतिम सांस तक दोहराएंगी।
चाल कितने भी चले दुश्मन,
तेरी करनी तुझको मिट्टी मे मिलाएंगी।।

है हमने भी ठानी,बुरी नजरो की नजर,
सरहदो के भीतर न घुसने पाएंगी।
सोच समझ कर कदम बढा ऐ दुश्मन,
तेरी सांसे भी तुझको धिक्कारेगी।।

हम तो मर मिटने आये,
तिरंगे को सीने लगाये,
शान से हमारी काया दफनाई जाएंगी।
अमर कहानी मे होगी शहीदो की गाथा,
बच्चे-बच्चे को सुनाई जाएंगी।।

भारत माता की शरण मे होगा,
हर बच्चा,फिर नई दिशा झिलमिल आएंगी।

                        "योग गुरू" (कविता)

योग गुरू की धरती भारत,
विश्व को योग दीक्षा हैं देती।
स्वस्थ चित्त रहना हैं जरूरी,
सिध्दांत योग के है सिखलाती।।

प्राचीन संस्कृति का गौरव,
सदियो से योग जिज्ञासा हैं जगाती।
शरीर,मन,आत्मा योग की महिमा,
एक सूत्र मे जोड हैं देती।।

पतंजलि योग दर्शन ज्ञान विभूति,
एक रूप मे जुडने को हैं कहती।
वरदान मिला मानव जाति को,
रोगो से लडने की देती हैं शक्ति।।

सम्पूर्ण शरीर स्वस्थ होता,
दूर होती हर मानसिक लाचारी।
तन की हर टुटी बिखरी छाया,
योग अभ्यास से बनती है सवरती।।

समस्त शरीर का व्यायाम, 
मांसपेशियो को ताकतवर हैं बनाती।
तनाव,नींद,भूख, पाचन आदि की समस्या,
चुटकी मे हैं दूर भगाती।।

दुर्बल शरीर श्वसन रोगो की,
शक्ति क्षमता हैं सुधरती।
प्रतिरोधक ऊर्जा शनै-शनै, 
जागृत अवस्था मे हैं लाती।।

ध्यान योग मन मस्तिष्क को,
क्रोध तनाव से दिलाती हैं मुक्ति।
मन शांति का व्दार हैं खुलता,
निर्मल कोमल स्वस्थ मन करता हैं भक्ति।।

स्वस्थ्य रहे मानव जीवन,
योग दर्शन की पध्दति हैं सिखाती।
भारत वर्ष का गौरव ध्यान योग,
विश्व के कोने-कोने तक है पहुचाती।।

उदार भारत की संस्कृति,
सम्पूर्ण विश्व को एक परिवार है बनाती।
कोई नही जुदा हमसे,

              "मेरे पापा" (कविता)  

मेरे पापा क्यो मेरे कोमल हाथो को ,
सौंप कर चले गये।
नादानी बचपन की वो धुंधली यादे,
सिराने मेरे रखकर क्यो सुला गये।।

अनजानी सी लगती थी यह दुनिया,
नाज़ुक कदमो से खुद चलना सिखा गये।
धुंधली-धुंधली सी सूरत आपकी,
यादो मे दस्तक देती,बार-बार रूलाती जाये।।

अधूरा-अधूरा सा जीवन हैं आपके बिन,
हर राह उन्नति की,बिखरी जाये।
न ही कोई शिकायत करूगा,
हर पल यादो मे साथ,मेरे रहते आये।।

दुनिया मे हो, आप सबसे प्यारे,
दूर रहकर भी मेरी प्ररेणा बनते आये।
बार-बार ठुकराया दुनिया ने,
आपकी यादो ने सहारा बन,
जख्मो को भरते आये।।

अब आपकी यादे है मेरा किनारा,
आप दूर है तो क्या हुआ,
हर रूप मे हिम्मत बढाते आये।
जो है मेरा जीवन,
तूफानो मे भी लहरो संग.
दूर किनारा दिखाये।।

मेरे पापा आपकी छबि मन मंदिर मे,
हर दम बसती जाये।
तुम तो हो ,हर दम साथ मेरे,
दुनिया का हर डर,फिर मुझे न सताये।।

खुशनसीबों में खुशनसीब है वो जिसके पिता होते साथ,

न फिर वो रोये।

अनमोल धरोहर है यह, जितना भी संजोकर रखो,

खुशियां दुगनी होती जाये।।

चले जाओ जितना भी दूर,
अब ना हम रोयेगे।।

बहुत हो चुकी, 
तेरे प्यार की दीवानगी,
तुम ना समझे,अब तो बस तन्हा होगे।
बेकसूर को कसूरवार बना दिया,
तेरे पहलु मे ,
अब हम ना रोयेगे।।

तुम्हारी हमारी जिन्दगी को, 
ख्वाब ही रहने दो,
दीवानगी हमारी, 
सीने से लगा रखेगे।

                                   "नीदं नही आंखो मे" (कविता)

नीदं नही आंखो मे,
न जाने किस ख्वाब का है इन्तजार।
न बेचेनी,न उदासी,
दिल मेरा हैं पहरेदार।।

ढुढ रही हैं आंखे जिनको,
वो धुंधला चेहरा शायद हैे जिम्मेदार।
बार-बार समझा लेता हूं खुद को,
फिर भी दिल मेरा हैं गद्दार।।

यादो मे परछाई तो है उसकी,
लेकिन कुछ बाते है मजेदार।
हर किसी मे उसका चेहरा,
तलाशने की आदत हैं बेशुमार।।

ढुढ लु कभी तो किसी को,
इस जालिम दुनिया मे,
दिल थोडा बेकरार।
प्यार की कस्ती मे बहते जाये,
हर वक्त उस पर है सवार।।

दिल की तमन्ना घर कर गई,
टुट गया है संसार।
